Retained through 13 layoffs at Mindspeed due to the way I build my value
to the company. Started with 85 people in the department, in the end
it was just me. They kept me because I am always willing to learn whatever
it takes
to make the company succeed, do whatever it takes to get the job done,
and figure out how to do something extra that the company didn’t
even realize they needed until I showed it to them. I proved to be the
